The solution I used was by  Utopia Silver which I ordered online and I dabbed it on my face twice daily for about three weeks and this cleared up an acne rosacea condition that I had had for over 7 years.

Can it be taken internally?

Yes, it can. I took about half a teaspoonful under the tongue for the same amount of time for a tummy problem I was having and that cleared up too.
